1. A 50% down payment is required upon confirmation of the booking to reserve the unit for your chosen dates. Payment instructions will be provided directly by Dorayd after confirmation.
2. The remaining balance should be paid 2 days before the trip.
3. Day Tour rates use the Patto route fare. Overnight adds one Patto Extra Day rate; 3D2N adds two Patto Extra Day rates. The destination surcharge is added once to each unit price. For each day beyond 3D2N, the unit’s Patto Extra Day rate is combined with the destination extra-day charge. Extra hours beyond the included route time are charged per unit: Bus PHP 3,500/hour, Coaster PHP 2,500/hour, and Van PHP 1,700/hour. Day Tour includes up to 10 hours; the unit must be at the garage before 10:00 PM. For overnight trips, the unit must return to the original location by 12:00 AM (midnight) the following day; otherwise, an extra-day charge applies.
4. We strictly enforce point-to-point pick up and drop off only, with no pick ups or drop offs allowed along EDSA. However, if you wish to have additional pick up and drop off points, please coordinate with us in advance.
5. For Pick Up or Destinations in Makati, BGC, Ortigas, Malls and Private Subdivisions, please Coordinate with the appropriate agency (Security Office/ Building Admin/ Subdivision Admin) for Tourist Bus parking and entry fees.
6. Additional Charges apply for side trips that are out of the way.
7. For Metro Manila City Tours and Dinner Tours, the time limit is strictly enforced. The Time will start based on the guest reporting time and will end once the coaster drops off all the guests.
8. Time limits for other destinations are negotiable.
9. Included toll fees cover 2 entries and 2 exits only; Skyway charges are excluded. For additional re-entry and exits, the fees will be charged to the guest’s account.
10. Guests must inform us in advance if someone will be picked up along the way. The pick-up point must be at a gasoline station with restroom facilities.
11. Additional Itineraries/Destinations that are out of the way and not included in the submitted itinerary will be subject to additional charges. The computation will be PHP 128.00 per kilometer for tourist buses and PHP 98.00 per kilometer for Coasters and Minibusses.
12. Bringing home of Star Fish, Corals, Endangered Species are prohibited.
13. Tipping the driver and coordinator/facilitator is voluntary.
