Is there a charge for pickup outside Metro Manila?
Metro Manila is the standard pickup area. Pickup elsewhere within mainland Luzon has an additional charge depending on distance. The amount is confirmed in your quotation before booking; no fixed pickup surcharge has been published.
Which areas does Dorayd serve?
Mainland Luzon only. Pickup, destination, and every stop must be within mainland Luzon. Island-province, Visayas, and Mindanao bookings are not accepted. Each route still requires an availability check; selecting a province does not guarantee a route or vehicle.
Is this an instant booking?
No. Your inquiry is saved in Dorayd’s Supabase database and sent for review. Dorayd must confirm availability and provide a quotation before the booking is confirmed.
Where can I see prices and available vehicles?
Choose Bus, Coaster, Car, or Van in the inquiry form to see the vehicle options for that service. Dorayd will confirm availability and the final quotation before booking.
Can I request multiple stops?
Include your preferred stops in the notes field when preparing your inquiry. The final route and quotation will need confirmation.
Is my inquiry saved online?
Yes. After you submit the form, your inquiry is sent to Dorayd’s Supabase database. Only the authorized Dorayd administrator can view it. A submitted inquiry is not a confirmed booking.
